MEan Girls
Mean Girls (2004) Movie Poster Redesign - I kept that Y2K aesthetic alive with composition books decorated with stickers and diary-style notes, captured a bold, feminine energy. The signature “On Wednesdays We Wear Pink” color scheme, playful rounded sans-serifs, handwritten fonts, and scrapbook-inspired layout with a torn paper effect.
shades of pink
Shades of Pink (2023) Movie Poster Design - I wanted to depict a soft, emotional aesthetic, blending documentary-style photography with a heartfelt, personal touch. The background features a gradient of purple and pink hues, representing the shades of pink. The title is written in an elegant pink cursive font to evoke warmth and emotion. Throughout the poster, scattered monarch butterflies symbolize transformation and hope. The photographs capture various moments from the film, including a mother and her daughters engaged in a heartfelt conversation, a smiling mother recovering in bed, and a moment of prayer—emphasizing themes of family, support, and perseverance. The overall design conveys warmth, struggle, and resilience.
Robots
Robots (2005) Movie Poster Redesign - Compared to the original 2005 poster, I took a simpler approach by minimizing background colors and focusing solely on the characters and their distinct color schemes while retaining the iconic Robots title.
Manifest
Manifest (2018-23) TV Series Poster Design - I aimed to depict a pivotal scene from the series—one that holds seep significance for those who have watched the show while maintaining suspense and intrigue for new viewers. The design conveys a sense of mystery, danger, and impending tragedy by combining various visual elements, including dramatic lighting, an airplane, and an explosion. To reflect the chaotic energy of this scene, I chose a rigid, single-style font, reinforcing the tension within the scene.
